Week 2 is in the books. So far things are going well. Rode outside yesterday. I’m not sure if it was from riding outside or from doing my ride shortly after my swim, or after a long ride the day before, but I’m a bit short of breath still. Not sure what thats about.

Week one is in the books. Feel that it was pretty successful. Started today with hard but short swim. 1500 total, 250 warm up, 10×100 HARD, then 250 cool down. Best pace I had was a 1:47. Took a lot of time at the wall to recover. Getting on the bike later for an easy

Good day. Easy run and easy ride. Got a new trainer for downstairs. A kickr core. Thing is super quiet. Makes my old kickr, which is like 10 years old, sound like a jet plane. Love that old trainer though and will still do most of my rides on it.
