    Big day for me today. Hit the 4,000 yard mark in the pool. Felt good – at the time – and was right around 90 minutes for it. Which is what I’d like to get at Ironman LP. I was 85 minutes out of the water last time I raced so I’m feeling pretty good

    Pretty successful week. Solid workouts including some big ones. (the two hour run the other day and todays 2.5 mile bike and hour swim). Really happy with my temp swim earlier in the week. I still am not journaling like I know I need to. I don’t know why I’m struggling with that.

    I haven’t been posting consistently as I would like but here I am at 200 days. Things are good. Had a solid swim yesterday with a main set of 5×500 descending with the final pace being 2:04 (which is really good for me).
