    Trying to be consistent. Got my run in at lunch today. Did intervals (4 x 7 min in zone 3) which felt good. This was the run I was supposed to do yesterday and didn’t so I’m treating it as a bonus one for this week.

    Some days I think “I’ve really got this”. Other days, well, not so much. I think that a lot of it has to do with how I look as stupid as that sounds. I really need to start tracking again (I know I say this a lot) and set up my routine.

    Pretty good workout day yesterday. 20 minutes of yoga in the morning, 2.5 hours on the bike, then a short 15 min run off the bike. Making progress. Still a little worried that I won’t be ready. And I really need to start focusing on losing weight again.

  • Ok. I’ve been bad at journaling. I think its about when I try and set it up in during my day. I like to do it first thing in the morning during or right after breakfast. However, my breakfast as of late has consisted of a McMuffin in my car on the way to work…

    Just feeling like a bit of an imposter today. I’m supposed to do a swim time trial to calculate my critical velocity and it’s scaring the hell out of me. I remember panicking in the water before and I’m worried that it will happen again if I push too hard in the water.

    Last week was a good training block. Hit my workouts and was pretty consistent with my yoga. Still struggling with weight a bit. Just not seeing the changes I think I should be. Don’t want to be too calorie restrictive through as I want the energy to hit my workouts.

    Forgot to log yesterday. Was supposed to be a swim and a bike but ended up socializing in the evening a little longer than I was planning (good way though). Pushed the bike to today and did my run during my lunch break. Run went well. See how the bike does tonight. Pondering doing it…
