    Two months in. Long run today. Ran without data (no heart rate) which was nice. Kept it super slow to make sure that I stayed in my zones. Think that I’m going to start training with power though on the run. I like the idea of consistency and quick response.

    Feeling rested today. Did get both workouts in yesterday but also tried to take it easy. Same thing today. Lots of couch time and watching gear reviews on YouTube. Heart rate was low today which is a good sign. Maybe I’m not overtraining ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

    Tough to get things in today but I did. 40 minutes on the bike and another 50 on the treadmill. Run was nice and easy but the bike was intervals. Tomorrow will be nice as I’ll actually have time to train and recover. Something I haven’t really been good about. Still thinking I might hire

    Long day today. Didn’t get a break until I got home at 730. I didn’t stop for food on the way home which was a big thing for me today. I came home and ate all the protein. I’m struggling to get the energy to get on my bike for a short ride.
