    Taking a much needed rest day. Was having some shortness of breath last night. That’ means I’m over trained. Hopefully one day will fix it.

    I am still trying to figure out how to fit everything in. We have back to school night tonight which causes some issues. So at lunch I ran home and got my bike ride in. Luckily it was only 40 min so I had enough time to jump in a cold shower to cool down

    Don’t really want to get into stuff. I’m grouchy. But I’m making progress and diving into my training. Pool swim is done and I’ll get the second workout in tonight after football. Looking forward to my long run tomorrow already.

    Started off in the water this morning and hit a ride this afternoon. Was planning on a run but think that might be a bit too much. I’ll have to make sure I run tomorrow. It’s been days!

    Today was a good day. Accidentally ended up taking yesterday off so my legs were fresh for the bike today. Gave myself permission to be ok with that. Apparently I needed to add some balance to my life.
