    Didn’t run at lunch today. I still feel that I needed a little time before getting back on the treadmill. Did get my bike intervals in today which was what I thought was the more important workout to get in.

    Swam this am. Was supposed to run but decided to drink and watch football with kiddo . Tomorrow is another day. I think it’s important to still enjoy myself and life and those around me. Maybe a little more balance though.

    Did a hard swim to start the day. 50 fast and 100 ez 10 times. It sucked the life out of me. Still managed to get my ride in.
