    Run went well last night. Was sore but kept to my zones. Swim this morning was good. Pushed the pace a little bit. Intervals on the bike later tonight. Enjoying my new compression boots. Think I’ll do an ice bath and then spend some time in them after my ride tonight.

    Last night was an easy ride. Wasn’t feeling it but still got it done. Really need to focus on diet. Fuel enough to get my workouts done but nothing more. I’ve been struggling with that lately. Tonight is a long run (80 min) which I haven’t done for a while. Fingers crossed.

    Longest workout to date yesterday. 1 Hour 45 min on the bike (with intervals) then a 15 min run off the bike after. Felt good but I’m sore. Pushing this mornings swim until Sunday morning to let me recover a bit and then I’ll do an easy hour recovery ride tonight.

    Still trying to get back into some routines. I’ve been consistent with training. Need to focus on diet still. Yoga is going well. Helping with some hip pain I’ve been having. Sleeping a little better – most nights anyway.

    So I have been a way for a bit. Some forward progress and some backwards. Weight is up a bit but so is fitness. Pretty sure that weight gain was directly caused by alcohol consumption. I’m cutting that out completely now and going to focus on my diet the next two weeks and see how…

    Don’t feel well today. Cut swim short. Same thing yesterday on the run. Did get an hour in on the bike though. Tomorrow will be better.
