    I will stop letting myself get hijacked. Training is my priority and life keeps trying to get in the way. Work, practice, date, etc. All of it is sucking my time away and I let it. I need to make sure that I can find the balance I need while still getting my stuff in!

    Little behind on posting. After next week… Shit. I’ve been saying that a lot. Got my run in but not my bike. Kiddo decided to hang around so I made the executive decision to spend time with him instead.

    Got no sleep last night. Was hoping to swim in the morning and then run in the afternoon. That didn’t happen. Decided to rest for a bit more. Got my swim in around noon and swapped out the run for an easy bike which I didn’t start until 8pm. Glad I got it done though.

    Focus this week is on balance. Yet right off the bat my day seems to get hijacked. I need to cover a class during the time I would be doing my run. So run will get done right after work at 3. Which makes my short bike today tough to fit in. Switching things around

    Solid swim this morning but I crashed and burned on my bike this afternoon. Think that my FTP is set way too high. I adjusted it down. I think a 30 plus jump was way too much too soon. I’m ok with that. Right now I need to train smart. Had a little extra time
