    Rest day felt good. Went to the pool. Rested. Watched TV. Played xbox. Don’t feel super recovered but it’s back on today. Yesterday was supposed to be a strength day but I’m going to run today. That’s what is most important to me and I want to keep the consistency going with every other day.
