    It’s weird to change the routine. Run plan I’m using was a little shorter with a combination of lower and higher intensity. Felt like I needed to jump into the pool later to just make up some time. Today is strength and a run (and continuing to paint). I need to get that project done.

    Still chugging along. I increased my recovery speed on my runs by .5 mph. I really felt it in my heart rate and definitely noticed on my heart rate. I’m going to let that stay that way for a while to I acclimate to it then I’m going to bump up my run speed too.

    Still going. Today is a strength day. I think that I need to start getting some sort of systematic design to what I’m doing. I know that in the long term that is what I need to do, but for now I’m seeing progress and making gains. I’m hesitant to screw with that right now.
