Yesterday was a bit tough but managed. Saw the results this morning. Back to the usual today. Still have a little bug in my ear whispering things to me. Just finished an audio book by David Goggins. I’ve been listening when I walk my dogs every morning. That guy is something else. It’s helpful to get a jump start on that day after that. Someone I follow on Twitter posted the other day that “I was dragging but then thought about what Goggins had already probably done by that point so I got moving” – or something to that effect. Today’s plan is a run.
