This was me 7 year ago.
I was fit. I was happy. I was healthy. The other day I looked in the mirror and for the first time in years I didn’t see that person anymore. Instead, I saw the guy that ate that dude. I have no one to blame by me.
Several years ago I made the change from the legal profession into teaching. While I love what I do, I have sacrificed many of the things that used to bring me joy. I made excuses. Too tired. No free time. Too stressed.
While all of us have our different reasons, the excuses are all the same.
I’m done with them.
This blog is for me. It’s really just an online journal for me to track my progress and gather my thoughts.
