I know, I’ve been bad about posting. But I’ve been good about getting my training on so I’m going to focus on that! Still need to dial in my proper nutrition. (broken record says what?) I LOVE how my performance management chart is looking. This week is a rest week so I’m going to get that drop in fitness, which happens after every block. Looking at the projections makes me feel a little bit better though knowing that after I let myself absorb the training I can push more.

Have had some pretty good workouts lately. Pushed my 1000 time in the water to under 20 min (which is huge for me) and my long ride is now at 3 hours. Longest distance run was the other night too – after a hard swim – so I know, and feel, the fitness coming.
