Well, halfway through day 3. Swim yesterday went well. I was pretty much on point for my 100’s but I took a lot of recovery time at the wall. Added an extra 500 easy at the end because, well, 1500 just seemed way too short. Today I was able to get to the gym and get a run in during lunch. 5 min warmup, 20 in z2, then 10 rounds of 1 min hard 2 recovery, followed by a 5 min cooldown. Intervals went well. I hadn’t run hard in a while and was doing them at about a 9:30 pace (with a 20 min pace for recovery – nice easy walk to get the HR down). Need to do an easy hour on the bike when I get home then spend some time on the couch with my Normatec! I want to try and get some yoga in today as well. I haven’t fit that in for a bit and want to get at least 5 days a week in again.
