Today was the “official” start of my IMLP training. I’ve been using an 80/20 build plan the past several months to start building up my fitness by my 23 week plan which get me through July 21 (race day) started today.

Today was about established my “critical velocity’ in the pool. I’m not a fan of swimming hard but I did what was assigned. Always a good start to a program. I’ve been sick the past 3 days so while my body fought off a cold I took time off to rest up as well. CTL saw a pretty big drop (like more than 7) but I think it gave my body that time to absorb the past 3 weeks of build so I’m calling it a win,.
