Getting ready to start getting ready. I’m about 24 weeks out from race day and my “official” training starts on Monday. Booked my Airbnb yesterday so things are starting to get real. I feel that I’m in a good place overall but will repeat what I keep saying. I need to do better with my nutrition and cut back on some things. No time like the present right? Getting in that that, for lack of a better word, routine, is going to be a challenge. It hits my stress points and they are often a go-to after a crappy day at work. Fitness is ramping up but so is fatigue.
