Well, yesterday was a disappointment. I need to start taking better care of myself in terms of what I’m putting in my body. Trying to make up for it today. Got up EARLY and got a ride in before work. Actually, before walking the dogs, and everything else too. I would like to start doing that on a more routine basis. Should be enough time for me to recover before my hour run at lunch. Pondering swimming tonight but I think it would be smarter to try and get it in before work tomorrow. Although I have been struggling with getting in the water on work days. I don’t like to push my swims to the weekend but in a few weeks when I have 4 swims a week I’ll have to make more time to get in the water during the work week. My CTL hit over 70 the other day for the first time in, maybe 9 years? So that’s a good thing.
