Day 191 (or rather 188 to go)

Ok. I’ve been bad at journaling. I think its about when I try and set it up in during my day. I like to do it first thing in the morning during or right after breakfast. However, my breakfast as of late has consisted of a McMuffin in my car on the way to work in the morning. Anyway.

Training has been steady. Took a recovery week to visit my mom in Florida so I’m back on another build. Long rides are about 2 hours now (about to jump up to 2.5) and long runs are 90 min (and about to jump to 1 hour 45).

Still keeping up with the yoga although I’m only at around 4 times a week (need to get that back up to 7). This week starts the official busy season for me. Four separate preps at work (for 5 classes) and I’m taking a chemistry class at the local community college. Oh yeah, and that whole Ironman Training thing. My training plan “officially” starts on February 12th so I’ll have enough time to get myself adjusted to a schedule that I need to succeed.
