I know. I took a long long long time off. But I’m here. I have been working and I have been training. This is been a tough month though. Incredibly difficult emotionally and I’ve been struggling. My training has been impacted pretty significantly by it. My sleep has been horrible, my stress through the roof, and I haven’t been able to property recover from workouts. Seems wrong to have any sense or normalcy. I’m trying though. I’m going to make a point to start posting daily again. Control the things I can.
