Day 90

I will stop letting myself get hijacked. Training is my priority and life keeps trying to get in the way. Work, practice, date, etc. All of it is sucking my time away and I let it. I need to make sure that I can find the balance I need while still getting my stuff in! Today my note to myself was to swim in the am with nothing in the afternoon to allow my legs some rest time before my long run tomorrow. Well, that is not going to happen! Decided to try and get a little more sleep this morning since I was up later and I am pushing my swim until after work today (I’ll get in the water a little after 3:40 or so). I’ll use only my arms though and will only lightly kick to keep afloat. Should balance out.
