Focus this week is on balance. Yet right off the bat my day seems to get hijacked. I need to cover a class during the time I would be doing my run. So run will get done right after work at 3. Which makes my short bike today tough to fit in. Switching things around on my training schedule to do my easy bike tonight which will hopefully make it easier to get in on tired legs. Tomorrow is a better day though schedule-wise though.
