Solid swim this morning but I crashed and burned on my bike this afternoon. Think that my FTP is set way too high. I adjusted it down. I think a 30 plus jump was way too much too soon. I’m ok with that. Right now I need to train smart. Had a little extra time I wasnt expecting today so I took my road bikes into the shop for some tune ups and new tires. Think I’m going to try and start riding outside at least one day a week to get used to it again. I still need to focus on how I’m eating and what I’m drinking. There are massive gains to be made there. Hard without more of a support structure though.
