And 299 days to go until race day. Seems like a lot but also not a lot. Enough that I’m still feeling good about my choice. I talked to Steph (coach) this afternoon about my plan and where I’m at. She’s good with where I’m at and isn’t worried about me being fit enough. I’m actually ahead of where I could be for volume and should start to cut back with those big recovery weeks where my volume drops to 60-70 percent of where I was before bumping back up. Nice to have that permission and reminder to do it as I know it ultimately helps me get stronger and fitter.
