I’m tired and sore and struggling with motivation and drive to get through workouts. I did get all three of mine done yesterday but I was struggling with what was supposed to be my easy run today. My mind was drifting and my legs felt incredibly heavy. I kept having to take 30 seconds to walk and reset myself. I would say I’m pushing too hard but I don’t think I am and I took a full day off last Thursday to recover. Also I did miss a few workout last week which were supposed to be my intervals. I wonder if missing the speedwork is making me tired. That doesn’t make sense to me though. I really think I need to get a coach.
