Tough to get things in today but I did. 40 minutes on the bike and another 50 on the treadmill. Run was nice and easy but the bike was intervals. Tomorrow will be nice as I’ll actually have time to train and recover. Something I haven’t really been good about. Still thinking I might hire a coach sooner rather than later. I want to make sure my zones are current and that I’m not wasting training time. I only have about a month left of football then my schedule opens up dramatically!
