Started the day off in the pool this morning. Laid in bed at 4:45 pondering what I would do when the alarm went off. I made the right decision. Got up, grabbed coffee, walked the dogs, and got my ass in the pool. Easy set, 100 warm up, 400 ez, 800 descending, 400 ez, 100 cool down for a solid 1800. Finished up today with a 45 min easy run. Need to start working on my diet a bit. I’m calorie restrictive but not losing like I should.
