Day 34

Still work on the routine. Last night I didn’t get my run in until around 7:40 or so. That took a lot. I was hungry but I couldn’t eat before I ran which meant that I didn’t eat until late which meant I was up later. I can’t do the up past 10 thing on a work night so I’m going to have to figure something out with that. I was thinking I could do my run in the morning today, but I was still super sore and tired because I didn’t get a decent night sleep. Might be able to run between work and practice but I need to get home to walk the dogs in between. Today’s plan is an endurance run. 50 minutes which will be my longest for a while. Quality Zone 2 work.
