30 days already.
That snuck up. Looking back at the past month I’ve made a ton of progress. I’m down around 17 pounds, have developed some consistency, and I can feel the fitness gains I’ve been making. I’ve faced a few challenges and have risen to them. Now I just need to keep it going and get those gains. This week really starts the beginning of a ramp up in volume and the following week will see the introduction of morning swims on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
As for today, its a fartlek day. Nice easy zone 2 run with 6 high intensity intervals thrown in. We’ll see how it goes.
