Day 28

Moving along. Back in the building today which is nice. Started the day at 5:30. Quick shower then a long walk with dogs, breakfast, then out the door and at work by a little after 7. That should work for me as a morning routing most days until I start adding swims (very soon) in which case I’ll be at the pool at 5 am.

Survived a few challenges today.

  1. Got up early to walk the dogs and make breakfast
  2. Avoided the free food all over the place at work today (BIG thing for me)
  3. Got my run in much later in the day

I have a pretty decent setup at home. Treadmill, Smart Trainer, Elliptical. All the toys. However, for some reason I really don’t like running on my treadmill at home. I’m hesitant to think that I need a new one but it’s something to start thinking about.

Todays plan is a a run and some stretching tonight.

Menu:

Breakfast: Smoked Salmon, Cottage Cheese, Coffee.

Lunch: Tuna and Rice Cake
