Day 25

CTL: 18

Still on the school retreat in the mountains and the closest gym for me is like a 45 min drive. Hoping I’ll be able to get away for the 3-4 hours so I can go get a run in, some lifting, and an easy spin on the bike. Added some swim workouts for the following weeks to start getting used to the water again. There’s some dry land exercises that it has built in too. No idea what the menu is for today as I have no control over it but I’ll be smart about it.

Menu:

Breakfast: Sausage McMuffin with Egg (tiny homemade) Blueberry Yogurt

Lunch: Cobb Salad

Dinner: Taco
