It’s weird to change the routine. Run plan I’m using was a little shorter with a combination of lower and higher intensity. Felt like I needed to jump into the pool later to just make up some time. Today is strength and a run (and continuing to paint). I need to get that project done. My house is basically torn apart and I get really affected by my environment.
