Day 21

Better today. Hit the reset button yesterday with a pretty restricted calorie day (maybe about 500). Seems to have got things going again. Signed up for 80/20 Endurance yesterday. Starting off with their Running Base Zero plan to start getting my body adjusted to zone 2 work and to start laying the foundation for a possible Ironman event next year. I crave that structure and consistency and feeling.
