Day 18

Still chugging along. I increased my recovery speed on my runs by .5 mph. I really felt it in my heart rate and definitely noticed on my heart rate. I’m going to let that stay that way for a while to I acclimate to it then I’m going to bump up my run speed too. Strength and Spin is the plan for today.

W: 278 CTL: 13? (I forgot to looks this morning and now my stuff from today already modified it. Guessing it was about 13 or 14 though)

Breakfast: Eggs, Smoked Salmon, Tomato, Cottage Cheese, Coffee

Lunch: Tuna, Iced Tea
