I’m enjoying progress. Yesterday I went out of my comfort zone a little an met up with someone at a bar for drink. Was a little worried but stuck to unsweetened iced tea and finger picked at a salad rather than vodka and fried crap. Proud of myself. It helps that I know if I stick with it I will see it reflected the next morning. Added a small spin bike yesterday after my strength workout. Nothing intense, just enough to start getting my legs used to be on the bike again. Today is a run.
