Still going. Today is a strength day. I think that I need to start getting some sort of systematic design to what I’m doing. I know that in the long term that is what I need to do, but for now I’m seeing progress and making gains. I’m hesitant to screw with that right now. I’ve had some consistency and I feel that I need to build on that before I start making changes. I have started looking at training plans. But I’m going to give myself the rest of July and all of August before I start fully changing things around.
