Day 14

Little disappointed that I didn’t see any weight drop yesterday. I went hard on the run. I know it’s my own fault though. Had those two bowls of soup with dinner which was about 900 calories between the two. I figured that with my run, and general low calorie count I would have still have a deficit. I was wrong. Making up for it today with a low intake day. Plan is to then head to the gym for a strength workout.
