Day 11

Rest day felt good. Went to the pool. Rested. Watched TV. Played xbox. Don’t feel super recovered but it’s back on today. Yesterday was supposed to be a strength day but I’m going to run today. That’s what is most important to me and I want to keep the consistency going with every other day. (Pushed it a little bit on the run today. Increased my rest pace a little bit and made the last interval almost 3 min to get to the distance I decided I wanted).

Breakfast: Back to the “usual”. Smoked Salmon, Cottage Cheese, Tomato, Coffee

Lunch: Tuna on a Rice Cake

Dinner: Italian Panini (not the smart choice)
