Day 9

March goes on. I’m happy with my consistency and can feel and see some changes. Trying to say in the present and not start thinking about what I want to do but not ready for yet. (like long outdoor bike rides, open water swims, etc.) I know that it takes time and there is a process. Just gotta trust it. Still worrying about what things will look like when the semester starts up in about 2 weeks. Right now I’m thinking I can get up t 5:30, shower and get dressed (usually about 15 min), walk dogs for 30, make and eat breakfast then out the door by 6:50. I used to be at work at that time. This year though I’m going to make sure I focus on maintaining a balance with my life.
