Scale says I dropped half a pound yesterday but I really only am tracking the first 3 numbers so as far as that goes there’s no real change. Today is a strength day. Aside from that, not much happening today. Might start thinking about other meal ideas. It’s not getting old, and I like the food I’m eating, but I would like to add a little variety.

Dinner: Pacific Cod, Asparagus, Zucchini
