Day 7

Progress is good. Right now it’s fast which is making discipline a lot easier. Starting to worry about when things start to inevitably slow down. Trying not to though. It’s nice to think that I’m in down 10 pounds since I started tracking about 10 days ago Which is more than 10% of where I want to get to. I’m just going to keep doing what I’m doing and add incrementally as I continue on.

Plan for today is to get on the treadmill and do my intervals again. (side note, last time I ran someone jumped on the treadmill right next to mine despite there being like 30 open ones at that time of day. Why do people do that?)

Breakfast: Smoked Salmon, Tomato, Cottage Cheese, Coffee.

Snack: Rice Cake

Dinner: Cobb Salad
