Day 6

Yesterdays run felt good. I resisted the urge to go longer with time or intervals though. Right now I’m making progress and getting into a rhythm. I don’t want to screw that up by trying to do too much too soon. After a few more runs, I’ll add another 5 minutes. Plan for today is a strength workout.

Breakfast: Smoked Salmon, Tomato, Cottage Cheese, Coffee, Seltzer.

Dinner: Pacific Cod, Roasted Green Bell Pepper with Baby Zucchini, Cottage Cheese.
