Trying to get in a routine. First few weeks are the hardest to do that. Especially when that motivation starts to fluctuate. I’m still tired from travel and I’m finally getting sleep again after straining an abdominal muscle. There are things I want to do now that I have some time but I just don’t have the energy to do them. (That’s been an issue for a while) However, a strength workout will get done today.
