Day 3

It’s gonna be a run day. I remember laying in bed at night listening to a rainstorm out my window. It was about 9:30 at night and I was restless. As I tossed and turned I realized what was keeping me up. I had missed my run that day. So I got up, put on my shoes, and cranked out 6 miles in the rain. It felt great and I was better for it. I want that again. W: 287 CTL: 5.

Run went well. Did one minute intervals for 45 min. Heart rate wasn’t recovering as well by the end which probably means it was the right amount. Hopefully with the exercise and low calorie count from today I’ll drop a little overnight. Hoping that it wasn’t just water weight yesterday.

Meals:

Breakfast: Smoked Salmon, Cottage Cheese, Tomatoes, and Cucumber.

Dinner: Pacific Cod Filet, Asparagus, Zucchini.
