Day 2

I consider yesterday to have been a success and I hope to build on that today.

Plan for today is a strength workout. Primarily upper body with a leg press and leg extension thrown in as well. Legs feel pretty good today considering they were used yesterday for the first time in a while. Intervals are definitely the way to go for now. Heart rate was a bit high considering the pace, but probably in line with considering how out of shape I am.

Strength workout went well. Tried to get some minutes on the treadmill in after but my heart rate spiked. Will get back on that one tomorrow.

Meals:

Breakfast: Smoked salmon, tomato, cucumber, and cottage cheese. (and I’m out of cold brew coffee)

Lunch: 91% ground beef with peppers. (too many calories though)

Dinner: Ate these calories with lunch.
