Training:
Plan for today is to spend a little time on the treadmill. Challenge for today is to not get off the treadmill when I can’t breathe. Instead, take it down, slow down, recover, then do at least one more interval after I wanted to stop. That will be a victory for today. (Mission Accomplished)

Meals:
Breakfast: Lox, chopped tomato and cucumber, cottage cheese.
Lunch: Slept through it.
Diner: Roasted Asparagus and Pacific Cod.
